Project Head-Mechanical

A "Manager Project Mechanical" is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a mechanical engineering project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems (like HVAC, plumbing, fire protection), ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering the project on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and communicating progress to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning and Scope Definition:
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Defining project scope, identifying technical requirements, and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Budget Management:
• Creating and monitoring project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Managing procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Team Leadership:
• Assembling and managing a cross-functional team of mechanical engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Delegating tasks, providing clear instructions, and fostering collaboration.
• Performance evaluation and development of team members.
• Technical Oversight:
• Reviewing and approving mechanical design drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards.
• Monitoring installation and commissioning processes, addressing technical issues as they arise.
• Site Management:
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential problems, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinating with other trades and managing interfaces between mechanical systems and other building elements.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Providing regular project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
