Job Description
Position Summary:
This role of this position will be to supervise and to ensure all the machine shipment related activity are completed according to the process plan.
Work You ll Do:
- Responsible for preparing Part list related to Release / Run off Machines.
- Responsible for physical Retrieval of FOC Spares.
- Responsible to supervise the contractual employees for final packaging, painting, and labelling.
- Responsible for preparing Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system.
- Responsible for shift released machines from Run off to Shipment Cell.
- Responsible to ensure machine skid mounting both for Local / Export.
- Responsible to Co-Ordinate shortages internal department i.e. Assembly / Paint Shop / CWS / Spares / Purchase etc.
- Responsible to make sure of taking Shipping Machines Photographs also save the same in folders as a history.
Team:
This position will be part of Machine shipment team, and the position will work as coordinator in packaging.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate should be from Commerce or arts background preferably BCom or BA
Experience:
With minimum experience of 3 years and knowledge of ERP system
