Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment sectors and opportunities.

- Analyze macroeconomic trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to inform investment decisions.

- Develop and maintain industry-specific knowledge and insights.

Client Consultation:

- Participate in meetings with potential portfolio companies and management teams to understand their business models, growth strategies, and financial performance.

- Assist in the preparation of investment presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and potential investors.

Investment Strategy Development:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of investment theses and strategies across various sectors.

- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment targets based on financial analysis, strategic fit, and growth prospects.

- Build and maintain financial models to forecast performance and assess investment returns.

Negotiation and Transaction Support:

- Support the due diligence process, including financial, commercial, and legal reviews.

- Assist in the preparation of term sheets, investment memos, and other transaction-related documentation.

- Participate in negotiation processes with target companies and their advisors.

Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies, tracking key operational and financial metrics.

- Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

- Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities within the portfolio.

- Assist in the development and execution of value creation strategies for portfolio companies.
