We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as Deputy Manager of the Customer Advisory Team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of customer advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and support. - Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service.
