Job Description
- Shall follow the Hikal policies and maintain the discipline standards with the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders.
- Shall be ready for all possible emergency situations and responding to them as per the Emergency Management Plan and No avoidable EHS incidents.
- Shall ensure effective implementation and maintain IMS, ISO 45001 and Inventory management system.
- Shall follow and work as per standard operating procedure, work instructions and specifications.
- Shall be responsible to maintain the high discipline standards within the team members.
- Shall achieve the departmental objective/targets and Environment Management Plan.
- Shall receipt and verification of all raw materials and packing materials for daily shift production.
- Shall shift and store of RM, PM and FG to pre-designated areas at defined storage condition as per specification.
- Shall fill-up online Batch production and control records and update Logsheet related to daily shift production activities.
- Shall monitor all types of work permit and job card management/supervision during the shift hours
- Shall maintaining the equipment and area clean and operate the process in hygienic manner, shop floor housekeeping as per predefined standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Shall immediately record and report of any process delay, deviations or violation of standard parameters.
- Shall allot the work with team colleague during leaving the shop floor, supervisors shall also involve in shift production activities.
- Shall ensure the compliance and continuous improvement in Quality of product and process, ensuring timely submission of filled documents to quality assurance department.
- Shall follow the quality systems such as change controls, deviations and compliant accordingly.
- Shall achieve the production targets and timeline of deliveries without deviating the desired quality specification.
- Shall participate in training program.
- Shall report and control the near misses and incidents, if happened during any shift activity, product processing or material handling.
- Report any abnormality immediately and process report at the end of shift, to shift incharge.
- Hang over the shift charge to reliever with filled BPCR/log sheet for completed process and WIP process, maintenance work, equipment breakdown.
