Job Description

Primarily responsible for PD lab activities which includes planning, review and execution of lab experiments related to process optimization, chemistry support to the QMS activities, process safety studies, scale-up activities and other process chemistry related studies.

To ensure reliability and accessibility of all the data generated in the PD lab. To ensure relevant SOPs are prepared, reviewed and implemented for both analytical as well as synthesis procedures required to be performed in the PD lab.

To ensure conducting periodical training sessions and maintain departmental tracker for all the relevant SOP training. To participate as a process chemistry SME in investigation sessions for OOS/OOT/ deviation/ complaint investigation and perform necessary experimentation to derive CAPA.

To conduct use tests and performance trial experiments as and when recommended by the internal customers. Planning, reviewing and execution of impurities/ standards preparation as and when required.
