Principal Content Marketing

Job Summary:

HighRadius is seeking a seasoned content writer with 3-4 years of experience to spearhead innovative content creation for the brand and email team. Your role will focus on driving top-of-the-funnel awareness through engaging and targeted digital content and strategies across NA and EMEA. We need a creative powerhouse who understands the pulse of the financial B2B software sector and can collaborate effectively to turn insights into action. Strong storytelling and strategic thinking are must-haves.

Responsibilities

Create compelling content for channels such as social media, emails, videos, press releases, etc. by developing a robust understanding of the industry, product, target audience persona, and competitors from time to time.

Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content channels.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and user feedback periodically.

Based on the takeaways, tweak and optimize marketing efforts.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ideate and plan press releases for the company.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track progress and make data-driven improvement recommendations.

Skill & Experience Needed

3-5 years of core content writing experience from Accounts Payable/Fintech background (especially B2B)

Experience conceiving, developing, and supervising marketing and communication ideas throughout their cycle.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, or a related field.

The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and the need to establish expectations and rationale on results for stakeholders and contributors.

Expert storyteller with solid writing skills and the creativity to build compelling, consumer-friendly narratives.

Excellent English speaking and writing skills and attention to detail.
