Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening:
Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
), social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
Interviewing & Assessment:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer and evaluate technical assessments as required.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Participate in salary and benefits negotiations with candidates.
Extend job offers and manage the pre-boarding process.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and paperwork.
Recruitment Process Improvement:
Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates within the IT industry.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
Proven ability to source and screen a high volume of qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Desired Skills:
Experience with recruiting for specific IT roles (e.
, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers).
Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
Experience with social media recruiting
