A proven track record of top-tier performance in competitive programming platforms (e.g., Codeforces or CodeChef, LeetCode or Topcoder, HackerRank etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
Solve advanced coding problems across a wide range of topics including algorithms, data structures, graph theory, dynamic programming, and more.
Generate high-quality, challenging coding questions related to DSA, suitable for competitive programming.
Annotate and label coding problems for training AI models in the competitive programming space.
Collaborate with a team of expert coders, researchers, and engineers to develop and refine models used in LLMs.
Provide detailed explanations and insights for your coding solutions, enabling AI to learn from your approaches.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and challenges in competitive programming, ensuring that the problems you create are relevant and up-to-date.

What Youll Need:
Competitive Programming Expertise:
A proven track record of top-tier performance in competitive programming platforms (e.g., Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode, Topcoder, HackerRank etc.). Deep Knowledge of DSA: Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complex problem-solving.

Coding Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following: C++, GoLang used in competitive programming. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems and generate multiple approaches. Experience in Annotation (Bonus): Any prior experience with labeling, annotating data, or working on machine learning/AI tasks is a plus, but not necessary. Passion for Innovation: A passion for improving AI systems through coding challenges and a natural curiosity for how AI learns.
