Assistant Manager - Projects

Responsibilities:-
Project planning and execution within estimated cost and time.
Project review meeting and Daily progress reports
Quality check and Handing over
Coordinating with retail architect for GFC drawings
To prepare BOQ/ estimate of our shops
Planning, costing, resource planning & execution of projects
Vendor management to negotiate and finalize contractors for every work
To supervise on Maintenance of the stores
To certify the vendor bills to release advance & final payments
