Retail Interior Designer

We are seeking a Retail Interior Designer to support the design development and execution of retail concept stores, ensuring the integration of design and engineering elements for functional and visually appealing environments. The role includes overseeing design and construction phases, focusing on quality and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the design development of concept stores from ideation to completion.
Prepare detailed information regarding design specifications, materials, color schemes, furnishings, equipment, and construction timelines.
Oversee the execution of design and construction at the site, ensuring plans are properly implemented.
Integrate engineering elements into design to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Conduct on-site observations to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans and codes.
Work with the team to formulate practical interior design plans, considering space planning, layout optimization, and equipment utilization.
Manage and oversee the execution of civil and interior work.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure that standard finishes and overall quality are maintained.
Provide creative solutions to design challenges, aligning designs with the brands identity.

Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and architecture software.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and be a good team player.
