Mall Marketing - Retail Marketing - Executive

Responsibilities:
- Being the point of contact between the stores, malls and the internal marketing team.
- Structure a time bound method to cater to marketing needs of the front end.
- Stay updated on mall marketing calendars, mall team database and plan regular gifting across the year.
- Stay updated with mall brandings, pitch & negotiate for branding in the mall space
- Conduct frequently competitor checks to stay relevant in the mall branding + store experience space
- Send out mall social media every week and pitch for Hidesigns brand awareness in their digital space
- Plan methods / events / contests to increase walk-ins into the Hidesign store
- Regional influencer collaborations
- Create monthly plan + execute weak & A stores + new, closed & renovated store marketing + analyze effectiveness of the marketing
- Partner with brands / cross promotion
- Leverage mall + agency database for customer visibility
- Weekly update of open & closed stores list on the website store locator
- Coordinate with the agency on offers / collection launches, new store & weak store emailers - sms and whatsapp messages
- Check if all stores have a Google listing. Validate the listing and create a review QR code that can be placed in stores to gather reviews.
- Update information and grow positive reviews on google my business. Respond to reviews.
