Senior Engineer - Performance Testing (6-8 yrs)

Work Mode : Work Apexon office for 2 days a week is mandatory.

Below is the JD :

- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive performance test plans and strategies.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Mentor and guide junior performance testing engineers in best practices and methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps, to ensure performance criteria are met.

- Utilize advanced performance testing tools (e.g. , JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad) to simulate varying load conditions and analyse system behaviour.

- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts and frameworks.

- Monitor application performance using APM tools (e.g. , AppDynamics, New Relic) and gather metrics for analysis.

- Conduct capacity planning and scale testing to prepare systems for production demands.

- Document test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.

- In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. , Java, Python, Groovy) for automation and test development.

- Strong understanding of web and application architectures, database technologies, and network protocols.

- Experience in agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
