WFM Tester - Functional Testing (4-8 yrs)

Infor WFM Functional Testing :

Functional testing of system configuration includes but is not limited to pay rules, absences and security per cast population group.

- Write and update test scripts based on business requirements

- Follow and execute test scripts & document testing results

- Document defects per direction of project team

- Retest defects once fixed

- Read and understand test data

- Work in Disney provided test tracking tool qTest

- Knowledge of Infor WFM

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Infor WFM (Workforce Management)

- 7+ years of functional testing experience

- Ability to read and comprehend test data

- Familiarity with functional testing practices and tools

We are seeking an experienced WFM Tester with expertise in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) functional testing.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of WFM configurations, including pay rules, absences, and security settings.

You will work closely with the project team to write, execute, and document test scripts, ensuring all defects are resolved and systems meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional testing of Infor WFM system configurations, including pay rules, absence management, and security for cast population groups.

- Execute test cases and validate system behavior against business requirements.

- Write, review, and update detailed test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications. Ensure test scripts align with best practices and project requirements.

- Identify and document defects in a structured manner using tools like qTest or similar test tracking systems. Work with development and configuration teams to retest and verify defect resolutions.

- Analyze, read, and comprehend test data to ensure accurate and thorough testing. Validate test results by comparing outcomes with expected results.

- Collaborate with project teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth testing processes.

- Provide detailed documentation of test results and progress to project stakeholders. Technical Skills &

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management (WFM). 7+ years of experience in functional testing, preferably in WFM-related systems.

- Proficiency in functional testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in writing and executing test scripts.

- Familiarity with test tracking tools like qTest or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of defect management processes and tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and interpret test data.

- Knowledge of workforce management processes and payroll configurations is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Certification in Infor WFM or related workforce management tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with testing automation tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
