Job Purpose: Assist in growing the business in the defined region to meet the organization s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations:
Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company s products and services on a continuing basis
Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organization
Works towards both near term and long-term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
Profile: Ideally ~
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics /Electrical Electronics/Electronics communication /Instrumentation
with 5-7 years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation solutions, Automotive, solution selling etc.
Experience in industrial automation products (VFDS, PLC, servo systems ,Material handling automation ,Machine automation etc.,)
Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing for sunrise industries in the technology domain
