Responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in the market for food ingredients and nutraceuticals.
Role and Responsibility:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers for food ingredients and nutraceuticals (especially Sweeteners and Salt products). Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions and offerings effectively.
3. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the application, usage, and benefits of the products. Collaborate with internal technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
4. Collaborate and coordinate with the Supplier/partner for the necessary learning about the product and formulation development for local market for food ingredients and nutraceuticals (especially sweetener and salt)
5. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and priorities.
6. Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
7. Develop marketing strategies, presentations, and promotional materials to effectively showcase the products and benefits. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility and awareness
8. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
