Deputy Manager

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in Project sales, Government Approvals, Channel Handling, and PMC handling.

Candidates from a similar Industry will be preferred.

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategies and policies to meet organizational goals. Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Handle budget planning and financial management. Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts. Engage with stakeholders and clients to maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.
