Role & responsibilities
1. Must be a good leader to manage the team as well as the clients
2. Must be managing the process queue and meeting the TAT/SLA etc
3. Thorough knowledge in end to end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
4. All types of RCM Reporting to the client and Senior management
5. Must be able to interact the team members effectively and remove problems
Preferred candidate profile
1. Must be having 4 to 6 years in RCM process and audit
2. Must be willing to work from our Kochi facility
3. Should be able to co-ordinate with the client and meetings
4. Able to work in Night shifts
5. Good understanding and knowledge of US Health care and Medical Billing
