Technical Writer- Telecom Domain-5g or WIFI

1. User Guides for HFCL WiFi next generation products

2. Configuration Guides for HFCL WiFi next generation products

3. Develop Project Scope and Timeline

4. Liaison with third party vendors as required

5. Working in close conjunction with the H/W, S/W and Cloud teams to ensure that the overall quality of manuals meet the specifications

6. Work to Improve and maintain existing documents - Write or revise supporting content for products

7. Determine the needs of users of technical documentation

8. Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers

9. Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use

10. Edit material prepared by other writers or staff

11. Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users understanding of the material

12. Select appropriate medium, such as manuals or videos, for message or audience

13. Standardize content across platforms and media

14. Collect user feedback to update and improve content

Mandatory Skills/ Certification

• Good experience and comprehensive knowledge in writing of User Manuals, Troubleshooting Guides, Configuration Guides and Datasheets for Electronic Products
• Familiarity and hands on experience with leading industry tools like – Notepad++, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Visio, MS Word, CorelDraw, screen capturing tool, Adobe Suite
• Research materials for future design manuals and guides
