Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Indian labour laws, and experience handling HR functions in an IT environment.

Responsibilities:-

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage daily and monthly leave and attendance records.
• Draft and distribute various HR letters to employees.
• Oversee and ensure a seamless payroll process.
• Conduct background verification for new hires and former employees.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
• Ensure precise employee data management within the HRIS system.
• Perform regular HR audits to ensure compliance.
• Handle HR administrative tasks efficiently.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top IT talent.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and candidate assessments.
• Facilitate a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance Management System:

• Oversee and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all PMS-related matters.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and effectively address concerns.
• Manage employee grievances and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive and productive workplace.

Required Skills

• Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry in India.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance regulations.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
