Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a transformation program for our organization. This is a high-impact role that involves driving the end-to-end execution of the program, managing the transition between technology platforms, and ensuring seamless integration while maintaining production operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, stakeholder engagement, and balancing operational and transformational work.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end execution of the transformation program, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

- Define and implement standardized processes for project management, risk management, and quality assurance.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and challenges.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges to minimize program disruptions.

- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth program execution.

- Provide regular status reports on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

- Balance program execution with maintaining ongoing production operations.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in program management with a focus on technology transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of IT systems, platform migrations, and operational support processes.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex scenarios and ensure smooth execution.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting systems, and methodologies.

- PMP or similar certification preferred.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience in managing programs that involve transitioning to new technology platforms while maintaining business continuity.

- Background in vendor management and contract negotiation.

- Experience with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approaches.

- Experience as PMO to oversee multiple projects running under a program.
