Job Description
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads generated through the website, ensuring they are passed to the correct division for optimal service.
- Respond effectively and timely to live chat interactions, providing accurate information and referring advanced queries to appropriate team members.
- Proactively chase up with assigned leads to accelerate the sales cycle and leverage potential sales opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, email communications, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate products or services.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track lead development and report on lead status.
- Continually learn about our products, services, and industry trends to provide clear, accurate information to potential clients
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact directly with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Self-starter attitude with experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
