Job Description :

Seeking talented Senior Python Developers with leadership experience to push the frontiers of AI technology. You will work with different companies in the US who are looking to develop both commercial and research AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

a) Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews of LLM code with team and client, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

b) Tool Optimisation : Implement customizations and automation to improve team workflows and efficiency.

c) Team Leadership : Lead a small team of 3 to 5 members, providing technical guidance and setting clear expectations for project success.

d) Collaboration : Coordinate with engineering and other teams to ensure technical requirements for data are met.

e) Process Improvement : Continuously assess and enhance team processes and workflows to drive productivity.

f) Stakeholder Interaction : Regularly communicate project updates and address any technical requirements from stakeholders.

Required Skills :

a) Technical Expertise : 4-8 years of strong experience in Python, with a proven ability to write clean, efficient code and optimize quality through comprehensive code reviews.

b) Code Review & Quality Control : Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality, with a focus on quality assurance practices.

c) Tool Customisation & Automation : Hands-on experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.

d) Leadership & Mentorship : Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of at least 3-5 developers, guide them through technical challenges, and mentor junior members to support their professional growth. 2 to 3 years of team lead experience is a must.

e) Conflict Resolution & Resource Management : Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

f) Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, delivering constructive feedback, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.

g) Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in driving process improvements alongside engineering teams.
