Senior Dot Net Developer

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications and systems using .NET Core 8. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET Core 8.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architectural design of software solutions and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and tools.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core 8.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with development tools and practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
