Job Role

• To ensure conveying the required policies, processes, SOPs to the field staff to have awareness about the processes.

• To ensure co-ordination with HR department for attendance records of field staff.

• To arrange the travel arrangements of the sales team as & when required.

• To co-ordinate with HR for ID cards, visiting cards etc. for the field staff.

• To prepare the Data Analysis of the monthly primary & secondary sales of the product, region, HQ, etc.

• To Prepare various field working data of secondary sales, daily call reports, expense reports etc.

• To prepare the Incentives details preparation & maintain the data as per the approved policies.
• To verify fortnightly expenses of all the field staff.

• To co-ordinate with finance, field staff for smooth pay out of monthly expenses.

• To update the ERP details like field staff and manage primary customer data.

• Any other tasks not listed here, deemed fit to the profile, allocated by HOD.
