Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify materials as per SOP, and enter GRN into the system.
• Update daily stock records and issue materials to departments after verification.
• Generate monthly stock statements and conduct physical stock counts.
• Maintain inventory as per forecasts and manage store documentation.
• Process invoices for approval and track records.
• Effectively allocate tasks to store workers.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred.
• Ability to generate and maintain reports for management.
