Finance Head - Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)

- Financial planning and management

- Financial structuring & re-structuring

- Fulfilling obligations under financing documents, loan documents, equity subscription documents and various other agreements pertaining to forward cover, buyers/supplier credits, insurance etc.

- Investor relations

- Financial Modeling & CMA Data, SAP

- Statutory compliance & Compliance with SOPs, DOA & financial discipline

- Treasury management

- Liaison / coordination with lenders, corporate finance, auditors appointed by lenders.

- Forecast financial scenarios in the industry

- Arrangement of working capital and short term loans

- Submission of reports for Board, Management Committee & various other meetings

- Identification, assessment and mitigation of financial risk Involvement.

- Valuations of enterprises' including fixed assets, collateral, equity etc.

Requirements:

- Expert in preparation of Financial Modeling

- Ability to maintain good rapport with banks/Lenders

- Expertise in preparation of budgets, its monitoring and control

- Thorough knowledge of SAP-FICO

- Good Knowledge of MS office packages
