Industry Preferred : Automotive Sheet Metal Industry

Qualifications : B.Tech.

Job purpose::

The head of quality will be responsible for the customer, supplier & in-process quality of Alloy & Metallics business.

Roles & responsibilities::

- Continuous improvement: Quality managers work to improve processes, practices, and products to provide the best value to consumers.

- Audits and inspections: Quality managers supervise inspections, collect and file quality records, and evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel.

- Quality assurance: Quality managers inspect the final product to ensure it meets customer expectations and legal standards.

- Data analysis and reporting: Quality managers analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure data analysis is completed.

- Employee training: Quality managers ensure staff are properly trained.
