Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in social media graphics, brochures, flyers, company profiles, PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and other design projects. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, brochures, flyers, company profiles, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with branding and marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing materials in line with the companys main brand book
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into your work.
• Take initiative to improve design processes and outcomes, demonstrating a passion for great design.
• Communicate effectively with an international team, working remotely as needed.
• Utilize project management or task management tools to track and manage design projects.
• Develop eye-catching exhibition stand designs and visuals

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic video editing skills for marketing use
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects in marketing
• Experience graphic designer in the architecture, interior design, or engineering sectors, or at a marketing agency focused on B2B or similar A&E sectors.
• Good understanding of branding, design initiatives, and current marketing trends.
• Ability to work patiently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Openness to experimenting with new design approaches and styles.
• Understanding of development of marketing projects and designs in line with a set brand guide

It’s a plus:

• Experience working at a marketing agency.
