Position: Regional Head of Milk Procurement

Location: North Karnataka

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: BVSc / Bachelor in Agricultural Science/Dairy Technology with 10 - 12 years (or) Any

graduate with relevant experience in milk procurement for 15 years with good territory knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Overall Procurement & Inputs and farmer welfare activities.

✓ Identification of new milk shade areas and establishment/creation of chilling units in the region.

✓ Responsible for day-to-day Operations of CC, MCU, and BMCU and creating HPCs and MCCs by formatting milk routes within the specified region as per HFL SOPs.

✓ Responsible for implementing HFWA activities and facilitating financial assistance to the farmers through Banks & NBFCs to grounding milch animals.

✓ Promote good feeding practices by promoting HNL products.

✓ Responsible for periodical MIS reports and adhere to Statutory, Audits, ISO & PEC compliances.

✓ Liaison with statutory, government, and local authorities for necessary approvals and ensure to maintain records.
