Finance Manager

Qualification: CA Inter (with a minimum of 1 year of corporate experience) or CMA Qualified (with 1-2 years of corporate experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of corporate experience for CA Inter or 1-2 years of corporate experience for CMA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Taxation:
• Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
• Preparation and filing of GST returns.
• Managing tax audits and assessments.
• Handling tax planning and tax-related queries from regulatory authorities.
• Accounting:
• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure proper accounting for all transactions.
• GST Filing:
• Manage the preparation and submission of GST returns in a timely manner.
• Ensure GST compliance and filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for GST audits and related queries.
• Internal Controls and Compliance:
• Ensure the companys financial and tax compliance policies are met.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper auditing processes are followed.
• Assist with internal controls and financial regulations within the organization.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze financial performance and report key findings to management.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Review and provide recommendations on cost controls and financial efficiencies.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
