Position: Customer Support Team Lead

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory

Salary: Upto 6 LPA

Shift: Day Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Skills:

• You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• Prior experience in softwares such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM), Ameyo, Zoho.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate in commerce/science/management, counseling, or related student service area.
• Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills
• English & Kannada Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
