Administrator - SAP SoD Compliance

• Manage procedures & policies to ensure compliance of SAP environments toward internal & external requirements (audit, laws & regulations)
• Arbitrate SAP Authorizations Changes both for Business & IT standpoint to ensure adequate adherence to policies (naming convention ) and respect of Segregation of Duties principles.
• Animate management of Segregation of Duties SoD (propose solutions to existing conflicts, improve SoD Risk Matrix, propose & implement new mitigating controls ).
• Manage the ACL (Data Analysis solution) platform: Implement new scripts on demand (either ad-hoc or on a regular basis), maintain & update existing scripts.
• Perform ad-hoc SAP data extraction when required by internal & external parties (yearly extractions for auditors, FEC Extraction for French tax control ).
• Assist the SAP Compliance Manager as a point of contact for all SAP/FCS related audits for auditors (internal & external).

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the domain
• SAP background including knowledge of SAP Authorization
• Knowledge of SAP Data Model (main business tables) and SAP Security principles
• Good knowledge of SoD concepts and experience in SAP GRC Access Control (or equivalent solution).
• Previous experience in ACL (or equivalent) data analysis solution and ability to create or improve existing scripts.
• Experience, in using the main SAP modules and data analytics tools, is a plus.
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Good communication skills including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to: effectively communicate and interact with users.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment.
