Job Description

Minimum Experience: 3 Years of Sales experience in the US Staffing Industry with experience in selling Staffing and IT services to US Clients


Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential clients
  • Craft compelling email pitches and follow-up sequences
  • Secure meetings and appointments with qualified leads

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in US time zones (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) is a bonus.
