Role & responsibilities

• Implementation of new project.
• Customer Communication & Handle the project.
• Tool Design & Plastic Mold Setting.
• To ensure the mold efficiency and to taken the corrective action.
• To carry out breakdown maintenance effectively and efficiently as and when required.
• Ensure the approvals for the new product development process within prescribed time.
• Assist processing team in troubleshooting production problems.
• To work with the department in charge to plan and achieve above goal.
• Effective and efficient use of the resources available.
• Identifying the improvement plans in the particular function and implementation.
• Updating and maintaining of relevant documents in mold maintenance dept & NPD area with clear and concise data.
• Any other projects / work assigned by management.
