Experience: 2- 5 Years

Age: 23- 26

English: Fluent

Shift : US 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

Roles & Responsibilities

Preparation of required technical documents for customers.

Preparation of documentation & Technical Write-ups for the technical requirement

Performing and preparation of technical and design calculations - Generates concept designs, identifies problems & solutions and delivering detailed designs.

Preparation, Checking and/or Releasing of manufacturing drawings accurate as per the requirements of GD&T principals.

Preparation, Checking and/or Releasing of Bill of material (BOM)

Preparation, Checking and/or Releasing of General Assembly Drawing / Customer Drawing Modification/changes of existing drawings.

Produce 2D & 3D models for higher virtual assembly verification.

Preparation and Checking of Purchase Test specification for every material. Preparation and Review of Part Number for the components. Performs engineering analysis of designs and parts. • Preparation of Risk Assessment for the design process and product • Preparation of MOM for every technical discussions and meetings. • Reviews and understands design specifications and requirements for assigned work. • Completes assigned tasks within time constraints. • Ensures designs meet international engineering standards and requirements. • Ensuring sufficient technical data is provided to the production & purchase dept. To enable manufacture within the design constraints • Supports prototype, product testing, product design timing plans & ongoing production needs. • Maintains confidentiality of the design and drawings. Information on design, copies of drawing must not be given to any one including from other functions in the PRI unless authorized by the Manager or Senior Engineer. • Maintains companys Archive for drawings, PTS, Technical Design Documents, Design Packages and Master Data for produced products & projects for fast access to hard and soft copies. • Continual improvement & implementation of the quality management system API Spec Q1 & ISO 9001
