Stock Executive - Valasaravakkam

Position: Stock & Inventory Executive
Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hearing aid stock and manage inventory (LIFO/FIFO).
• Handle stock inward, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), packing, and dispatching processes.
• Conduct regular stock verification and ensure accuracy.
• Record sales and purchases systematically.
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
• Plan asset and consumable purchases with branch head support.
• Ensure coordination between branch and corporate office.
• Manage front office operations, calls, and branch duties.
• Oversee voucher filing, stock exchanges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinic infrastructure (monthly) and manage store-related tasks.
• Deliver products to patients and assist with documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and friendly office environment.
• Manage data entry and monthly cash/bill reporting.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Basic Excel
• Knowledge of LIFO and FIFO inventory systems
• Strong data management and coordination abilities
