Senior Technician - Advanced MD Setup

• Lead the setup and implementation of Advanced MD software for new clients.

• Conduct site assessments and analyze client needs to determine optimal system configuration.

• Install, configure, and test Advanced MD software and hardware components.

• Train clients on system usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure system uptime and optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

• Stay up-to-date with Advanced MD software updates and new features.

Technical Skills:

• AdvancedMD Electronic Health Record (EHR) System Configuration and Troubleshooting.

• Configuration of AdvancedMD with American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Crosswalk for UB04 Claim Form (Electronic/Paper Claims).

• AdvancedMD Integration with Other Electronic Health Record (EHR) & Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

• AdvancedMD Configuration Application Programming Interface (API) and Open Databases.

• AdvancedMD Configurations Add-on Features.

• AdvancedMD Products Features and Updates Handling.

Education:

• bachelors degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field
