International Patient Marketing , Senior Patient Calling Associate

Desired Candidate Profile

We seek a highly motivated and professional Senior Patient Calling Associates and International Patient Manager to join our hospital's call centre team and International Patient Department. Both roles are separate.

International Patient Team work separately but will work in tandem with Call centre team to manage and handle international queries.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for direct communication with patients to efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reschedule existing appointments, and resolve queries promptly. You will handle inbound and outbound patient calls and contact patients regarding inquiries received via email, websites, WhatsApp, Facebook, and online medical portals such as Practo and Mfine.

As an essential team member, you will maintain and update query management in our CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and HIS daily. We require candidates with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English who are ready to excel in a dynamic environment. Join us in making a difference in our patients' experiences!

Job description

• Proactively contact patients to schedule, confirm, or reschedule their appointments.
• Actively reach out to patients to efficiently schedule, confirm, or reschedule their appointments, ensuring their needs are met.
• Swiftly address online patient inquiries by providing thorough responses to questions about appointments, treatment costs, and other services via email, WhatsApp, social media, and various digital platforms.
• Consistently update and maintain precise patient information in our electronic records system, enhancing scheduling and appointment accuracy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by attentively addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and genuine care.
• Foster strong relationships by positively engaging with clinicians and colleagues, creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Work closely with departments to guarantee patient comfort and ensure that all services meet the highest standards.
• Follow up with patients through feedback calls to continuously improve our services and patient experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential for this role.
• We seek candidates with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
• Previous experience in national or international call centers, particularly in customer service, will set you apart.
