Procurement Manager

Job Profile & Selection Criteria

1. Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice for the Labs.
2. You will be responsible for goods procurement with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.
3. You will assist in drafting an appropriate service level agreement to properly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and report on this on a regular basis.
4. Work with internal stakeholders (Operations staff) to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
5. Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment, inventory management and supplier performance.
6. You will maintain business relationships with different vendors to fulfil the needs of supplies.
7. Graduate with minimum 3-8 relevant experience.
8. Excellent inventory and vendor management skills.
