• Inventory Management and records maintenance; inventory analysis for informed business decisions
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor and manage cash, store expenses and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving store performance.
• Maintain MIS and metrices as per the business requirement.
• Lead, develop and engage staff to achieve business goals.
