Business Finance Executive

• Monthly Flash Reporting: Consolidate and prepare accurate monthly financial and operational reports. Analyse and interpret results, highlighting variances from budgets and forecasts.
• Expense Analysis: Monitor and evaluate expense trends across departments. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgeted expenditure.
• Sales and Margin Analysis: Generate sales performance reports, including revenue and gross margin insights. Analyse product-level profitability and suggest pricing or promotional adjustments.
• Performance Pay Calculations: Evaluate performance metrics to calculate incentive payouts for store employees.
• Inventory Control: Track inventory levels and turnover rates to minimize holding costs and stockouts. Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.
• Budgetary Control: Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets. Provide variance analyses and recommend corrective actions to stay on track.
• Data Management and Systems: Maintain and improve MIS systems for accurate and timely data reporting. Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• 8. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to gather and analyze data. Provide actionable insights to drive business efficiency and profitability.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), ERP systems (Oracle), and data visualization tools (BI Retail).
• Familiarity with accounting software and database management tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and present insights effectively. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities

Additional certifications in MIS, Data Analytics, or related fields are preferred.
