Engineering Lead - React.js/AngularJS (9-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of JavaScript applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project requirements and specifications.

- Architect scalable and maintainable applications, leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation to ensure high software quality and maintainability.

- Coordinate and oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.

- Utilize AWS services to design and deploy scalable applications, ensuring effective cloud infrastructure and security best practices.

Skills and Experience :

Essential :

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project schedules.

- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in JavaScript development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where creativity and diverse perspectives are encouraged.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

- 9 - 10 years of professional experience in JavaScript application development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software development projects from conception to deployment.

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies.

- Strong experience with popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and libraries.

- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js and Express, and understanding of RESTful APIs.

- Excellent knowledge of AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and ability to design and manage cloud solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
