Job Description CGM Sales-Electrical
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CGM Sales-Electrical domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the Electrical vertical of Headsup B2B strategically planning, Budgets designing and monitoring it, Also managing day to day operations and allocating resources and monitoring their Optimization and efficiency.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Electrical domain and Industry Knowledge is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Division Establishment- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to establish the electrical division, including setting up operational processes, infrastructure, and systems.
Sales Development and Execution: Define annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure alignment with the company s financial goals and objectives. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from clients. Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and diversification.
Team Management and Leadership -Lead and mentor a team, performance evaluations, fostering collaborative and innovative work environment
Project Management - Plan, execute, and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Strategic Planning - Develop and implement strategies for improving electrical systems and processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate into projects aligning to company objectives.
Client Management - Managing strong client relations of B2B electrical services, Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Operations Management - Oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Budgeting - Prepare and manage the division s budget, including forecasting and financial reporting. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Industry Mapping and Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies where applicable.
Compliance and Safety - Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety and implement best practices to minimize risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree or MBA or a PGDM equivalent.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years in a management role.
Established experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup where things move rapidly
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in handling a dynamic, fast-moving environment both solo and as part of a team
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
