This role is integral to the daily operations within the Finance team at Headout, ensuring smooth, efficient processes that keep the organization running seamlessly..

Taxation:.

Tax Compliance:Prepare and review corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.

Liasioning:Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve complex tax issues.

Process Optimization:Develop, verify, and implement robust processes and controls for tax-related areas.

Tax Refunds:Manage timely filing and processing of all indirect tax refunds globally..

Audit Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors for Tax & other FR-related matters.

Manage cross-border tax issues, including transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, and permanent establishment risks.

Guide tax-efficient structuring of intercompany transactions.

Financial Reporting:.

Assist in preparing statutory financial statements in compliance with local laws.

Support audit readiness by ensuring accurate tax-related disclosures and other reporting requirements.

🎯What skills & experience do you need?.

You are a qualified CA with 0-3 years of relevant experience in Taxation Domain.
