Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in eCommerce reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart), manufacturing accounting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will handle accurate financial reporting, reconcile eCommerce platform transactions, manage manufacturing costs, and oversee inventory-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• eCommerce Reconciliation:
• Reconcile transactions and payments from Amazon and Flipkart.
• Address discrepancies in platform seller accounts and ensure correct payment deductions.
• Manufacturing Accounting:
• Oversee cost of goods sold (COGS), raw materials, production expenses, and inventory movements.
• Allocate manufacturing costs and ensure accurate financial records.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform reconciliation across warehouses and sales channels.
• Implement controls for inventory flow, ensuring proper accounting for stock adjustments.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze and report on eCommerce performance and inventory costs.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Manage AP/AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Key Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3-4 years of accounting experience, particularly in eCommerce reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart) and manufacturing accounting.
• Strong background in inventory management.
• Skills:
• Proficient in accounting Busy
• Advanced Excel and Vlookup.
• Knowledge of GST and eCommerce tax compliance.
