Outbound calling to educate users on responsible gaming, communicate Responsible Gaming policies and processes for an organization. Analyze accounts based on Game Scanner reporting. Also, Follow up on escalations from Customer support. Initiate and execute all intervention steps as per the Responsible Gaming policy.
