Head of Accounts and Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounts and Finance to oversee all financial activities and ensure the efficient management of the company s financial resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting within the stock broking industry, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive financial strategy.

Financial Management: Oversee the companys financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Accounting Oversight: Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company s growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including those specific to the stock broking industry. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
