Location:
Our office is based in Kochi, Kerala.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an overarching marketing plan for 3 years that aligns with the strategy and goals of the business unit;
- Plan the budget for executing the strategy and ensure proper utilisation;
- Research our product in detail and understand the pain points of our clients;
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimise strategies and maximise ROI;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively adjust marketing tactics as needed;
- Work closely with the product development, social media, and copywriting, content writing team members to establish clear product positioning and messaging guidelines;
- Build/ Improve Maxwell GeoSystem's brand awareness, engagement and demand generation by leveraging marketing channels and agencies effectively;
- Continually optimise and improve the website, from its overall performance to its individual pages and elements.
Monitor metrics, identify flaws, and take action as required.
- Establish and maintain an online digital archive of user manuals, system tutorials and training courses.
Incorporate in Client user portal & website/social media in the public domain;
- Coordinate the preparation, consistency of Client Tender proposals with key company stakeholders.
Develop a Tender archive database for ready access with module sections for new proposals;
- Manage a team of web developers, designers, SEO specialist, Content writers and video editors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years working experience in marketing field.
- B2B and SaaS marketing experience will be considered an advantage
- Well organized, good team player, problem-solving approach
- Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations that demonstrate client value.
- Experience in organizing industry events, roundtable discussions, and other client engagement activities.
- Experience of digital marketing techniques, SEO practices, and social media marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on product/employer branding and demand generation strategies.
- Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Demonstrable impacts on previous projects, with Global market experience.
- An experienced marketing leader and self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, partnering with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
- People management skills, with experience of having led a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or Business
