Hdfc Bank - RBB Walkin drive For PB Classic, Teller & WD

PB classic Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Ensure quality new acquisition on SA and CA for Resident/Non Resident.

• Penetration of Saving Accounts on non liability customers.

• Propagate the benefits of not being on DNC registration list in case a non-portfolio customer opts for it.

• Utilizing the sales resources (BDR/COEX) for optimal sales support.

Teller Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Identify high transacting customers and reduce the transactions of these customers.

• Handling of cash receipts and payments and ensuring transactions are carried out within the prescribed TAT without errors.

• Cash balancing and Cash bundling.
• Identification of counterfeit cash and ensure adherence of process laid down by the bank.

WD Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Attend and Service the requirements of all Managed Customers visiting at the Branch.
• Assist RMs in servicing the Managed Customer Base in their portfolios.
• Contribute effectively to branch sales through inbound interactions / references / Lobby customers.
• Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Profile Updation , Re KYC completion , PAN and contact details updation
